Our history
Still very much a family affair
J & W Body Repairs was established in 1974 by Jack Shields, who is still very much involved in the daily running of the business.
Jack’s daughters, Maureen and Susan, joined the company almost 25 years ago, and their husbands are also involved. It is very much a family run business.
We find that our customers really like the fact that we are a family run company. They can trust us. We are here if they have any concerns. More importantly, we all care about our work and this is reflected in the jobs we produce.
My Dad always reminds us that we are only as good as our last job. He is right, and this is a motto we apply to every job.
Our staff
Trained here, from day one
All of our staff have been with J&W Body Repairs since leaving school. They have been trained to the highest standard and hold the NVQs needed to do the job right.
